GUARANTEED Brand New In The Box. (Please notice our technicians will open the box and test on the item before shipping) We are not responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages. We are not responsible for any import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time for any reason. If we don't receive the payment within 7 business days, we may cancel the order.
Have all your questions answered before buying. If you click the buy it now button, you are legally bound to purchase it.
The adaptor included in the package (if applicable) is 100-240V but the type of the plug may not be the same as type used in your country. Please allow 2 working days for payment verification and packaging. Once the payment is cleared we will send out the item, and provide a tracking number to trace your item status online. We MAY NOT accept paypal payment with unconfirmed address, depends on buyer's account information. All enquiries welcome via email only: info@newayil.com. Due to big volume of emails and time one differences, we may not be able to answer all emails immediately, although we will endeavor to get back within 1-2 days.

Warranty:
All Neway Industrial products are covered by 18 months warranty from the date of purchase through Neway Industrial Limited unless otherwise stated. All other products will be covered by their manufacturer's respective warranty. Service center locations will be provided in the warranty information packaged with the unit.
Products can be serviced and/or repaired at a fee after the warranty period. Please contact our sales representative before you ship the RMA products. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and well packaged. Please send email to rma@newayil.com or fax the air waybill to (86-595)22519913 as soon as you ship the RMA products.
Please keep shipping and insurance information, including tracking number, until your account has been credited or replacement / repaired product is received. If we determine that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we reserve the right not to repair or replace.

Payment:
We accept PayPal and Bank Deposit.

Fees:
we don't charge any sales tax , but your country may charge you import tax.

Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges vary from country to country.

Delivery:
We will ship products within 48 hours after clearance of payment. Shipments of monitors car pc and other accessories usually take 3-4 business days.

Refunds & Returns:
We will refund the full amount when: 1) Wrong item sent ,Otherwise we will only exchange or offer partial refund. The items should be shipped back by registered mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS.

Contact us:
The buyer can contact us by email and telephone. We usually response to buyers within 1-2 days. We are closed on Sunday and some public holidays. The orders received during the holidays will be processed on next working day.

IMPORT TAXES for customers outside of the China

Important Notice to Non-China Buyers

To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from another country, or another free trade area, can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges - for example a Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc. Buyer, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such costs. We have no control over what buyer may be charged by his/her own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating buyer for payment of any such costs. If buyer does not know how much (if any) import tax might be liable to pay, please check with the local tax authorities BEFORE entering into a contract to purchase.
